She Looked at Me

She looked at me. She looked at me with those mystical eyes. There was something in those eyes and that innocent face that made me drool to the rhythm of the blinks. And in those eyes I discovered my own childhood. I found happiness. I found memories that still held me back to the days of amusement and beauty. Those were eager eyes; questioning everything around them, eyes ablaze with curiosity and an intense urge to delve into the world yet unknown. Just looking at her made me realize how everything was so simple back then. Meeting people, choosing bright colours, looking at the sky and finding animal shapes, singing songs and even dancing about. All it took was one look and I was lost in a whirlwind of memories.

Keith Goldstein must have felt the same while taking the picture. He must have been transported back to his own childhood. Ask yourself whether you too feel the same way. Take one good look. You will find your roll of memories flashing before your eyes, bringing moments that still bring to your face the widest smile of all.
