Born in Finland and having spent the majority of their life in the UK, with a year in Australia, this photographer has cultivated a rich appreciation for diverse cultures and people, greatly influenced by living in the multicultural city of London. Their journey into photography began while working on various TV and film sets, such as TFI Friday, where they served as a camera assistant. This experience, combined with drama studies, sparked a passion for still photography, especially in capturing the essence of people. A graduate of the New York Institute of Photography, they have also earned a certificate from MoMA’s course, Seeing Through Photographs. Their educational background and varied experiences have honed their ability to see the world through a unique lens, making them adept at telling powerful visual stories.
