Ashwin Kumar is an amateur photographer interested in traditional film photography, and development techniques. He began shooting with SLRs, strayed to DSLRs, but later returned to his true love of film photography. He enjoys shooting people and the environment around them, photoethnography is the closest term to describe his “style”. He has lived in Singapore, and currently based in Bangalore, India. His current arsenal for shooting people (pun intended) are Leica M rangefinder, Hasselblad, some vintage lenses, and healthy supply of film.
