Mascarpone and Figs Dessert by Barbara Martello

This photo was taken during a food photo shoot in a restaurant. It was taken in natural light condition, in an early Autumn day last year. This dessert is made with creamy mascarpone and fresh figs. To enrich taste, some white chocolate had been added. The pastry chef did this delicious dessert and styled it putting the cream in a glass. An Italian amaretto biscuit was added as a decoration on a slate plate.
