Common Sandpiper, by Tareq Uddin Ahmed

The Common Sandpiper is a small Palearctic wader. Usually you can find them busy looking for food at low level water. Once I was walking by the muddy field at the sea side, and saw it was picking up small food items such as insects.

Mostly lives in Chittagong, Tareq Uddin Ahmned was born in Bangladesh in 1980. He started photography back in 2011, and got highlighted within a short period of time. Tareq loves bird photography, and has traveled many districts across his country for it. He is one of the founder members of Chittagong Bird Club (C.B.C.). Though he is a bird photographer, he also loves to capture flowers and butterflies, and locally famous for his macro photographs. At the end of 2013, some of his photographs got selected and published in local newspaper. Now he is looking forward to expand his working field globally.
