The Kings Head Crab Salad by Paul Matthews

Shot for Brett Sandland Chef Patron of the Kings Head Pub and Restaurant, Aston Cantlow, Warwickhire, UK for a Recipe Book. Fresh British crab and a Salad of interesting depth and flavours. Using natural light and only one large white reflector. Deliberately shot in shadow light to minimise contract of the pale food against the black plate.
