Tomato & Basil Bruschettas, by Rasha Rashad

Experimenting simple recipes with a very basic technique; blanching. Peeled tomatoes give an enhanced flavor and a deeper taste specially with some herbs and balsamic vinegar. Bruschetta is always the perfect light appetizer you can couple it with some truffle oil, Parmesan and a glass of wine. It’s also a nice summer appetizer, not bad for mid August. I used one soft box with a white card and a reflector.
