On that cold Wednesday night, at the time of the image, the weather forecast promised that the crescent moon would appear between the buildings in the background, and there I stayed. It appeared in the sky as expected, and waiting to photograph it presented me with this beautiful Noir image.

During the photo walk in the streets of Kannagi Nagar, Chennai, I captured a poignant scene of an elderly woman selling fish, with a vigilant cat nearby eagerly awaiting its share. The sharpness and intensity of the cat's gaze, focused keenly on the fish, prompted me to frame the shot, ensuring clearness and depth in the background.
