It seemed that everyone was about to cross as soon as the train had left and the gates were immediately opened, to carry on with the rest of the day's life.

The Svatomikulášská Municipal Belfry is a late Baroque bell tower closely adjacent to the Church of St. Nicholas in Malá Strana, Prague. It was built together with the church by Kilián Ignác Dientzenhofer and completed after 1751 by A. Lurag. However, the tower is not part of the church and from the beginning belonged to the city, which originally used it as a fire alarm and marked its ownership with the coat of arms of Malá Strana above the entrance to the tower.
