Having Samovar Tea by Fidan Nazim Qizi

I took the photo when this father and the son was having Samoar tea. Tea in Azerbaijan is served freshly brewed, hot and strong. It typically has a bright colour and is served in crystal or any other glasses or cups. Azerbaijanis often use traditional armudu, a pear-shaped glass. In Azerbaijan, people boil water in heated metal containers known as samovars. The smell and taste of fresh samovar tea is unique and inimitable. It is called chay in Azerbaijani, tea and tea customs reflect ancient traditions and local hospitality.
