One of my favorite photographs during my vacation last July 2013. This photograph was taken at Isla Jardin, Gumasa, Sarangani Province. Gumasa is one of the famous beaches in Southern Mindanao, Philippines because of its fine white sand beaches. It was my first time to visit the place. There one of the locals said that I shouldn’t miss the sunset. And he was indeed right. I was mesmerized and couldn’t stop clicking the shutter button to capture as many photograph as I could. I told to myself I should visit this place again. One of the most memorable moments during my vacation.

Rico Bueno Sumadia, a young aspiring Filipino photographer who dream to be famous and known someday. He started taking photographs year 2012 when he bought his first DSLR. Like most photographers, he struggled at first given the fact that he has no formal education and training in Photography. His determination and eagerness to learn and master this craft and the appreciation that he gets from other people inspires him to stay focused and improved his work.
