Sunset over the Ocean at ‘La Plage du Club’. The picture has been taken during my trip to South France in August 2014. It is not always about rocks, waves and sky. Nothing gives a sense of man’s strength against the force of nature as well as a lighthouse image. Which is why I focused on capturing and emphasizing the contrasting colors in the sky and sea. Also why I decided to show the silky sea against the textured rocks.

Smena-8m was the first camera in his possession in 1985, created around 3000 photos mostly during soaring, and was totally preoccupied with the darkroom photo processing. The next camera was zenit-ttl. Even when he was absorbed by sailing, photography has played important role in his life. After some time he had decided to master his photography, together with his son (Adam Stec), who found himself within portrait fashion photography. They have decided to develop the knowledge of the art of photography.
