A walk in nature is always beneficial. Sometimes it gives you time to think, to put things into perspective. This photo illustrates the importance of human beings in this world: in the end, we're just a small being in the midst of a grandiose natural world that's much bigger than we are. A good reminder of our place on earth in relation to nature.

Coming from Belgium, Arnaud started photography during his many travels, with very little equipment. He then invested in a quality camera to increase his scope for expressing himself through his photos. A traveller at heart, he takes his equipment with him to capture all kinds of photos. As a graduated teacher, he likes to pass on and share his view of the world around him. He is also training in content creation and digital marketing so that he can turn his passion for photography into an income-generating activity.

Talking to older people helps to put certain moments in our lives into perspective, and to celebrate theirs. This photo captures the transmission of history from generation to generation.
