In this evocative capture of Venice, the photographer seeks to move beyond the traditional postcard aesthetic of Piazza San Marco. By wandering through the city’s labyrinthine streets, the artist discovers a fresh perspective on one of the world’s most iconic locations. The image reflects a deep, personal connection to the city, inspired by the literary exploration found in 'Venezia Svelata.' This photograph is award-worthy for its intentional departure from the classic view, demonstrating a keen eye for finding quiet, unique narratives within a globally celebrated landscape.
