John Hughes
John Hughes is a filmmaker and photographer based in Baltinglass, County Wicklow. He gained significant recognition for his evocative, gothic-inspired photography capturing the eerie atmosphere of empty streets during the COVID-19 lockdown.
Following his initial success, he held his first solo photography exhibition at the Baltinglass library in early 2023. He is currently focused on his ambitious feature film project, "The Fuel Of Youth," which explores themes surrounding mental health.
