The spatial tension is nonexistent; the eye is refused a resting point. I’ve seen this frantic energy before, but it doesn't hold. It’s just noise. The iPhone’s sensor struggles with the highlights, leaving the picture plane fractured. It’s a visual failure of structure. It simply doesn't work.
