The Invisible Enclosure
There are days when the world feels too small, not because the rooms we inhabit are cramped, but because our own thoughts have closed in around us like iron bars. We build these enclosures out of anxiety, out of the fear of being misunderstood, out of past failures we cannot forgive ourselves for having committed. The hardest prison to escape is always the one you carried in your own head. Yet the paradox of that confinement is that the key was never held by someone else; it rests in the quiet realization that vulnerability is the only door that swings outward toward freedom.

Sagar Makhecha tackles the raw reality of internal struggle in his evocative photograph titled Trapped Soul. It gives form to feelings so many carry in silence. How do you find your way back to open air when thoughts feel overwhelming?
