Born in the small town of Sunamgonj, Bangladesh, Shovan Acharyya is a dedicated photographer currently based in Dhaka. Holding a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Chittagong, he balances his professional work at a literature and lifestyle magazine with a deep commitment to his craft. Having honed his skills through foundational courses at Pathshala, he explores diverse genres including landscape, lifestyle, and wildlife photography. Driven by a passion for visual storytelling, he continues to build his career as a professional photographer with a focus on capturing the unseen beauty of the natural world.
