Born and raised in Germany, Joss Linde is currently living in Bangkok, Thailand.After accomplished his apprenticeship as a Chef in Germany, he traveled troughout Asia to discover the Taste of Asian Food and satisfy his desire to experience the world of Asian flavors. For that he moved for a Position in Cambodia at a luxury resort.Seduced by the flavors of Thai cuisine he moved to Thailand and trained in the award winning restaurant NAHM to learn techniques of innovative Thai cuisine.As he decided to go back to european fine dining cuisine he trained in different refined restaurants and currently working as Sous Chef in an Italian fine dining Restaurant in Bangkok.He has always been passionate about Photography, especially Food Photography.The Pairing of his skills as a chef and his knowledge in the culinary field, makes it to his great passion to combine Food with Photography.
