Fried Red Chili, by Imran Choudhury

14th April was the Bengali new year. It is our tradition to eat watery rice, different kind mashed potato, fish, vegetable or any other food item with fried- dried red chili with salt. These chilies ware looking gorgeous in the white plate and I took the picture.
