This is one of my favourites. This old lady was volunteering herself to prepare the oil lamp for the tourists and devotees to light them for their prayers. This is one of the old tradition being followed in Shey palace where devotees can offer their prayers by lighting the oil lamp.

Ajanta Caves is home for ancient Buddhist monuments and arts and also home of many wild species and birds among which Black Headed Tanager is commonly sited throughout the caves forest.

When the sun of arises, the singing bird comes from nowhere and made my day. Proper focal length is required for shooting sun rays and the low angle shot made the photo amazing.
