Bear Lake in Spring by Zara Otaifah
One of my favorite spots in Colorado is the Bear Lake which is located in Estes Park | Rocky Mountains National Parks. Bear Lake is a popular, year-round destination in Rocky Mountain National Park, located at 9,449 feet of elevation. It’s situated 13 miles southwest of Estes Park, Colorado, making it an easy trip year round. The 11 surface-acre alpine lake is one of the most frequently photographed features in the national park. It provides visitors pristine mountain views with plenty of ways to enjoy the scenery. For me its a breathtaking scenery, the lake is not that huge but I can sit for hours just pondering and conttemolating about it's beauty and how nature could be perfect. I stopped to take this picture when it was cloudy during my hike in the round type trail around the lake.

Injured Owl by Sarvenaz Saadat
As usual, I went on a birdwatching trip until I first saw the little owl, which was very enjoyable for me, but unfortunately one of the owl's eyes was injured and she was probably blind. My nieces were with me on this trip and they seemed excited to see this owl.

Fiery Eyes by Sarvenaz Saadat
My husband and I were driving to the lagoon, passing through farmland when we saw an immature black-winged kite. It was the first time I saw this beautiful bird, its eyes attracted me so much and I think it was one of the most beautiful birds I had ever seen.
