A Sweet and Spicy Combination by Adriaan Pretorius
I just love to prepare this simple, yet tasty dish. The flavour of the cinnamon, gloves and garlic creates that magic smell that hangs in the kitchen long after the dish is complete. During the planning of the composition it was important to showcase not only the final product, but the components as well.
