Sea Scallops and Purple Cabbage by Barbara Martello
This photo was taken in a restaurant. They are sea scallops with sliced purple cabbage on the top and a small curly slice of orange peel. For styling, the chef used a simple white plate. The set was in the dehor of the restaurant in a sunny day so I didn’t need any strobe or other additional lights. I closed the shutter to have in focus only the first scallop and usedu a very quick time.
