Sweet Potatoes with Parsley, by Rasha Rashad
Sweet potatoes are way more beneficial than potatoes, this is why we couple it at home with our protein choices; liver, salmon, chicken… etc. The shot was taken using artificial light (flash and kitchen light) and a reflector. The sweet potatoes were roasted, seasoned with salt and pepper and garnished with parsley. The key to this photograph is how they are stacked in a way that shows texture and details.
