All along the Watchtower, by Minh Nghia Le

A view from Windeck Castle to Weinheim city. The castle was hugely damaged in 1674 by the troops of King Louis XIV of France and the ruins were restored in 1960. It was built around 1100 to protect the inhabitants of the Lorsch monastery.

Minh Nghia Le and his wife Mai Phuong Duong are two Singapore-based photographers. Photography has nothing to do with their daily job but it has become their passion for years. His main interests currently are street photography and portraiture, which certainly have influences on his other work in travel and wedding photography. His favourite quote is: “Well, I don’t believe in photography as an art or a job or anything. I think of photography as a language and I think a language should be used to speak, to say what you have to say. So, the only things I have to say about my life and what I know about the world, is the way I see it.” – from Antoine d’Agata”
