In the quiet corners of a garden, time seems to fold in on itself. We often walk past the small, damp spaces of the world, convinced that nothing of consequence happens there.
Read the reflection →The smell of rain on hot asphalt is a sharp, metallic sting, but the smell of a garden after a long, humid afternoon is something else entirely. It is the scent of wet moss and decaying leaves, a thick, green sweetness that clings to the back of the throat.

The Currency of Fading
Amazing !! Wow I checked back in to see if Laria Saunders had posted another image.
The detail is breathtaking. What a love affair with life.
I feel a wake up call looking at this.
Such a jewel like quality and the feeling that she had literaly made a connection with this stunning creature.
Again the profundity of the sharp focus in the eye of the frog and the commingling with the evocative ,green mystery her soft focus lends. I’m now in love with a frog.
