A few months ago, I went to Taleghan with my parents. I was looking for birds to photograph. We saw this beautiful owl by chance. It was very challenging to photograph this owl, plants with hard blades and barbed wire. . But the owl did not move so that I could take a photo.

Moroccans are know for their unique flavour in food. This soup inspired me and my wife to try it back home. The turmeric, cumin, onion and fresh chilies definitely brings out the flavour of this dish. This is the perfect starter for a cold winters evening just to warm up before dinner.
