This was taken during recently held Tour of Oman, in Muscat, Oman. The Tour of Oman is an annual professional road bicycle racing stage race held in Oman since 2010 as part of the UCI Asia Tour. The race contains mainly flat stages, with some hillier parts.
It was in Yellapatty Village, just before the top station of Munnar where I shot this photograph. Munnar is located in the Idukki district of the southwestern Indian state of Kerala.
