Hot Furnaces by Preethi Beth
Caldeira de Furnaces is a hot springs grotto. A sign warns, “Be careful, natural boiling water”. The boiling, bubbling caldera and fumaroles, with steam and foul sulphurous gas bellowing up, look dangerous.

This was taken during recently held Tour of Oman, in Muscat, Oman. The Tour of Oman is an annual professional road bicycle racing stage race held in Oman since 2010 as part of the UCI Asia Tour. The race contains mainly flat stages, with some hillier parts.
