Samosa dishes are well known in the Middle east and Central Asian regions. They are also known for it’s spicy after bite which made it easy to link these ingredients together. The sauce on the side adds to rounding off the taste with some green onion to add to the freshness. The light from the side supported the photograph well in highlighting the various colors and textures.
