Abstract

This article investigates the involvement of government organisations (GO) and non-governmental organisations (NGO) in climate change adaptation strategies along the coastal belt of Bangladesh. The study maps institutional responses, resource allocation, and community-level outcomes across three coastal districts, assessing the coordination gaps and governance challenges that limit adaptation effectiveness.
