On a lazy afternoon in Bali, I received a surprise lobster gift. Cooking by the sea, I was serenaded by the fresh dry season breeze. With just garlic, butter, and a pinch of salt and pepper, I unlocked its extraordinary flavor. The combination was pure bliss - a simple yet sublime culinary experience that left me wanting more. Grilled to perfection, the vibrant orange and golden brown hues mesmerized me. I snapped a photo to capture the moment.
