Hailing from Kannur, Kerala, Nirmal Harindran views photography and travel as an inherent way of life rather than a mere choice. Influenced early on by documentary photography, he transitioned from local studio work to a career as a freelance travel photographer, driven by a passion for capturing the essence of uncertain routes. Currently based in Cochin, he balances his creative pursuits with academic research into global livelihood patterns, holding an MBA and a deep commitment to documenting the human experience through his lens.
