Born in Poland and based in Sochaczew, Rafal Ostapiuk is a dedicated visual artist whose photographic journey began in his hometown. A graduate of both the Warsaw Photography School and the Academy of Photography in Warsaw, he maintains a deep commitment to continuous professional development.
