Taken in Ireland, home to some of the best salmon. Somehow this seems to be the most suitable match for smoked salmon, with sour cream, topped with lemon zest and chives with some cracked pepper. You can taste the smokiness of the salmon, I learnt to make this from a very special French man and it's stuck with me ever since.

Whenever I am a bit homesick or feeling for something cozy, pizza is the thing for my son and I. It is always giving us the feeling of being cozy either while watching a movie together or snuggling up watching the weather outside. It's an easy recipe that I came across a few years ago when we felt for a homemade pizza.
