Joy in Giving

How delicate and beautifully those two hands open? It is more like a message telling us that when we open our hearts and give with open arms, we will feel joy in abundance. Giving isn’t about receiving. It is about how far are we willing to give and to share the love in our heart with everyone? It’s an act of caring, sharing, openness, kindness and mainly LOVE. When we perform an act of giving to whoever it may be, a relative, a friend or even a stranger, our hearts will be filled with more love and gratitude. The satisfaction in seeing the smile on their faces, knowing we could make a small difference in their lives makes giving worthwhile.

Give to Live, by Zahraa Al Hassani

Give to Live, by Zahraa Al Hassani

This tender moment has been captured by Zahraa Al Hassani thoroughly well. She has depicted the gesture of Giving perfectly through the beautiful hands of a little girl. The headband of flowers portrays the beauty and art of giving. Mother Theresa sums it up wonderfully – “It’s not how much we give but how much love we put into giving.” Are we willing to give today?
