A friend informed me that an annual cattle race was about to take place at Moichara, Gocharan (Around 2 hours travel by local train and autorickshaw from Kolkata.) and whether I wanted to come. And I was like “Bingo, heres my chance to shoot some … Cattle Race.” So I packed my DSLR bag and boarded a local train with one of my close friend and reached the venue after a tiring 2 hours journey.
It was an extreme remote village and the view was indeed a welcome treat for our eyes. And finally when we reached the venue we ended up ourselves in waterlogged paddy fields with our eyes glued to the viewfinder to get some fascinating and powerful run by the cattle.
