Moroccans are know for their unique flavour in food. This soup inspired me and my wife to try it back home. The turmeric, cumin, onion and fresh chilies definitely brings out the flavour of this dish. This is the perfect starter for a cold winters evening just to warm up before dinner.

Sourdough Bread by Petrana Nedelcheva

My other passion is the preparation of sourdough bread- it comes from our ancestors and it is appropriate for us to provide our families with as healthier bread as possible. The passion arose mainly from sharing experiences with other bakers and the striving for cultivation. This bread is made of natural flour ground on a stone mill. I hope this photo will not only touch you with the bread’s vision, but also encourage you to consume it.
