Samosa dishes are well known in the Middle east and Central Asian regions. They are also known for it's spicy after bite which made it easy to link these ingredients together. The sauce on the side adds to rounding off the taste with some green onion to add to the freshness. The light from the side supported the photograph well in highlighting the various colors and textures.

Making french sourdough croissants is a real challenge! Three days and three nights you’re taking care of the dough, laminate, shape, cut and roll. It sounds a little more complicated than it actually is, but the result is not only delicious, it is beautiful too. When you’ve done this task well the croissants have nice structure. That’s when the croissant melts in your mouth and the inspiration to present it to the others comes. This is an amazing experience that every home baker dreams of!
Juicy Figs by Adriaan Pretorius
Salmon is one of those ingredients that goes with everything no matter how you prepare it. It works perfectly just on its own with a sprinkle of dill and squeeze of lemon. I love this product and this is why I choose to shoot it. The orange color reflects perfectly in the natural light and works from a variety of angles. Chilly flakes rounded off the picture to add that unexpected color and flavor.
