Mussenden is a cruel mistress to the unprepared. One doesn't simply stroll up to that cliff edge and find the light behaving itself. I’ve spent enough freezing hours on that North Coast to know the wind there bites back. Ivanova clearly didn’t settle for the first decent sky she saw. She’s waited for the gold to hit the stone just so. It’s a proper bit of work. I’d have liked to be there.
