Circular Quay is a stage, but here, the commuters are just props for the scenery. I’m looking for a person, but I only find silhouettes. Did they know they were being framed against the Opera House? Probably not. It’s a clean shot, sure, but it’s a cold one. I don’t see a life here, just a transit schedule. It’s technically sharp, but it leaves me hungry for a soul. I’d trade that bridge for one honest glance.
