It’s a clean study of silhouettes, certainly. One wonders if Krainer spent the afternoon shivering under those Minas Gerais branches or if he simply happened upon the frame while passing through. The exposure is sharp, but the composition feels a bit like a lucky grab. I’ve spent enough hours waiting for the wind to die down to know that this sky didn't demand much of him. It’s pleasant, but it hasn't been earned.
