Celebrating the Festival of Colours – Holi by Juhi Saxena

Holi is one of the major festivals of India, celebrated with colours and sweets. This photograph is of my homemade ‘Paneer Gujiya’ (cottage cheese deep fried dumplings), which is a must have sweet on this occasion. The photograph is an attempt to depict this festival by showing the vibrant colours we play with, a mini ‘pichkari’ (water gun used for throwing colourful liquid at each other) and the must-have sweet.
