Between Order and Randomness by Tina Primozic
Captured on a crisp, sunny January day in 2010, this minimalistic composition explores the delicate tension between structure and chaos. Tina Primozic frames the landscape to highlight the deliberate placement of snow, trees, and sky, juxtaposed against the seemingly random arrangement of the forest. By balancing the serene, orderly elements with the untamed, individual stories of the trees, the photographer creates a visual dialogue that invites deep reflection. The image is award-worthy for its masterful use of negative space and its ability to transform a quiet, natural scene into a profound meditation on the nature of existence.

Muy buena: el ” timberline” de los ecΓ³logos forestales.
As an amateur photographer myself, that is a tough shot to capture. Nicely done !!

Great photo!!!!!!!
The photo is beautiful!
Simply amazing.
I like the contrast between the ground and the sky.
I like the photo and it is well-named. The trees–you can’t really tell if they are trees or some tiny plant that looks like trees on the edge of the skewed horizon. The wildness of the sky seems in tune with the texture of the snow. It’s an off-kilter scene that plays with your head.
