Historic places are always about mystery and stories; and I also tried to do the same by photographing the mystery in it as if there are souls. Many souls left their life with an identity but exist as we remember them.

Grilled prawn is the easiest and fastest dish to cook when you don't have much time. Just need to marinate prawns with fish sauce and pepper for 10 minutes before cooking. Onion cooked in the hot oil is another choice if you like more flavour of onion. I photographed the food from the top to show all the colors of prawns and onion which could make the food more appealing
Salmon Slice with Lemon and Dill by Adriaan Pretorius
Salmon is one of those ingredients that goes with everything no matter how you prepare it. It works perfectly just on its own with a sprinkle of dill and squeeze of lemon. I love this product and this is why I choose to shoot it. The orange color reflects perfectly in the natural light and works from a variety of angles. Chilly flakes rounded off the picture to add that unexpected color and flavor.
