Doughnuts filled with lemon curd are a delightful treat that combine the light, fluffy texture of a classic doughnut with the tangy, sweet surprise of lemon curd. These doughnuts are typically deep-fried to a golden brown perfection, then injected with a smooth, zesty lemon curd. Often dusted with powdered sugar or glazed, these doughnuts make a refreshing and indulgent snack or dessert that is sure to brighten any day.
