Echoes of Nature by Armin Abdehou
In the Barzan region of Kurdistan, the deep, soulful eye of a sorrel horse, a descendant of Mulla Mustafa Barzani's noble steeds, tells a story of connection and resilience. The close-up of this horse's eye, framed by the soft contours of its coat, draws us into a world where the spirit of freedom and the beauty of nature intertwine. Through this gaze, we feel the heartbeat of the land, the whisper of the wind, and the timeless bond between all living things. This image speaks to the enduring power of nature and the profound emotions it evokes.

In this whimsical snapshot, a playful twist of perspective transforms an ordinary scene into a fantastical tableau. The dog, appearing as a gentle giant, looms protectively over the tiny human figures, creating a captivating illusion. This imaginative framing invites viewers to reflect on how perspective shapes our reality, reminding us that scale is relative and imagination limitless. The juxtaposition of the colossal canine and miniature humans sparks curiosity and wonder, encouraging us to look beyond the obvious and embrace the magic in everyday moments. It's a delightful reminder that sometimes, a shift in perspective is all it takes to see the world anew.
