Tahu Pedas
Today we are going to show you Tahu Pedas from Bang Indra. Tahu Pedas or Tahu Isi Pedas is the Indonesian spicy fried tofu, filled with carrots, bean sprouts, cabbage, spring onions, celery, and lots of red chilies then dip in the batter and deep fried.

While traveling to Varanasi, India, once I woke up early morning to see its beautiful light. I walked down to the boats to watch the water and the sunrise when I came across these two young beautiful local girls selling flowers. I took their photos as they took the boat out to sell on the water.
