This photograph “Window to Beyond” was taken in Santa Ynez, California, in 2011. The town of Santa Ynez is one of the communities that make up the Santa Ynez Valley. It is located in Santa Barbara County, between the Santa Ynez Mountains to the south and the San Rafael Mountains to the north.
This frog was in a little steam in The Huntington Gardens.This was taken in Los Angeles, California in 2009.
This was taken in Montreux, Switzerland in 2010. Here I am attempting to capture the essence of the Pansy flower. Using macro mode with low depth of field helped me to zero in on the middle of the flower and blur the rest.
