Making french sourdough croissants is a real challenge! Three days and three nights you’re taking care of the dough, laminate, shape, cut and roll. It sounds a little more complicated than it actually is, but the result is not only delicious, it is beautiful too. When you’ve done this task well the croissants have nice structure. That’s when the croissant melts in your mouth and the inspiration to present it to the others comes. This is an amazing experience that every home baker dreams of!

I made that delicious cake for my family and it inspired me to shoot it in the same style,with old dishes and cutlery,as the greenery of the rural backyard shines in the background,right behind the old window frame,to fill the spirit of the watcher.I hope that I achieved the effect and you sense it as well!
